Hi all,

I am seeking an advice regarding Form 80. we are family of three currently on 489 visa in September we are going to lodge 887 but we are in big trouble we haven't have our form 80s uploaded during 489, please advice how to retrieve that from immi account? our case was handled by a consultant but he is not replying our calls and messages and we are hopeless he will give that. Please help us anyone who have faced such issue and how to relieve from this problem as soon as possible

In my opinion you dont need to retrieve anything from immi account. You need to fill and upload new form 80 for 887 Visa application. I used my previously filled form 80 only to extract information quickly for 887 Application form 80. 
however in short, you need to fill and sign the form again
