I see Tiger are doing some VERY cheap flights and know that sometimes (:skeptical:) they can cancel/delay flights. I was thinking of booking with them then getting their insurance which apparently covers delays/cancellations etc. Any thoughts anyone???

All airlines can cancel/delay flights, but Tiger and Jetstar are more prone to it, would you get insurance if travelling with Qantas or Virgin??

Hiya

Definitely get there early. I would also say do check the other airlines cost wise. I recently booked some flights to Sydney and Tiger were advertising $38 one way but by the time I paid for my luggage, insurance and my seat (which is additional to the advertised price and compulsory I believe lol) it was actually cheaper flying with Virgin Blue!

Good luck

xx
