Wood burner

Hi,

We have a tall cylinder wood burner we have used in our last 2 homes before heating was put in. At the moment its in our shed collecting dust. We have had a few offers for it.

Is it worth taking with us? We are planning on renting long term and not buying a home, not sure if we can use it in rental properties?

Could we sell it over there if we don't use it?

Does it have a flue inbuilt? I'm not sure what it is. We have wood stoves here, but the free standing ones need a flue, which would mean cutting through the ceiling and roof. I don't think this would be possible in a rental property. Maybe sell it if you already have buyers.
