As a bricklayer with a small company hoping to be out in Adelaide next year i just wondered how you go about setting yourself up with employment. In England we have worked as 3and 1 , but as I will be coming over on my own I Just wondered if anyone could pass on some good advice or if anyone needs to make up a gang in the near future to keep me in mind.

Plenty of photos and testimonials to prove ability.

There are a few brickys on here so may be able to help you out. There are a few adverts in the paper for squads looking for the odd person.Quite a few brickies work themselves single story houses, its all timber frame or steel frame here called brick veneer I have heard brickys saying its a bit different here , if you want to work for your self you have to gain a licence which can take a while to get you have to do a course.
