  1. hi PKH887 if you haven't spent 730 days even 1 day less unfortunately your application will be refused as it happened with me. I applied in nov last year and got refusal letter last month lucky I had 487 visa still valid and I applied again but if I didn't have valid 487 visa I wouldn't be able to apply again. I had to pay application fees again and now I in waiting list again after waiting for 5 months. be careful they won't even look in to application if it's less then 730 days. if you have your current visa valid for till atleast 7-8 months then take risk otherwise I would suggest you don't. I AM NOT PROFFESIONAL YOU CAN CALL IMMIGRATION AND ASK THEM ITS YOUR CALL WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. please keep us updated how you go if you want to go ahead with same application your holidays are no problem at all coz they only 4 weeks each
  2. regarding 2 years stay in Australia if you don't spend 730 days in Australia immigration refuses the visa application and will never ask to withdraw your case. if you have substantive(any valid visa other then bridging visa) then you can reapply. if immi refused your visa and you are on bridging visa you can't apply again so be careful everyone. any update today anyone?
