I am really sorry for you, mate. Why we have to inform them? It should go by the queue of application date. It is not fair at all. However things do not work properly in team 10. We should get visas this week, otherwise we need to make complaints.

When you join a company they usually make contracts with employees. If you do not have one, get a reference from your employer. It can contain things like BLA BLA works in this company since 1416 and he/she has been a wonderful employer who does his job on time and bla bla. Then ask you employer to sign it. I would like to know my application status. I have been waiting for more than 6 month now. Last time I was contacted by case officer was October 6, 2016 that is 61 days before. I uploaded requested document on October 26, 2016. Can you kindly let me know what the progress is? DETAILS

If you look at the table, last person who got their visa, applied on 18th of September. So your case is fine. People are waiting here for 4+ month without any response from Department.
