Remaining family member-what route to take?

Hi,

Has anyone tried to get their son/daughter out to rejoin the Family in OZ.My son is over 18,he has no relevant skills for here,so could not come with us 15 months ago.He came out on 1 yr working visa,but due to injury could not fulfill work criteria to stay another year.He has had to go home,and is desperate to get back here with his Family.Oz Gov make it very difficult IMO:realmad:

Think there is a visa called 'last remaining relative', would he not fulfill that?

Yes,we are going to look in to that one,just wondering if anyone has had first hand experience with this issue.
