We are needing to break the lease on our rental in Port Noarlunga south, Albany Avenue. Ideally from the 18th July however this can be negotiable (1-2 weeks either side).

The property is a 3 bedroom house, 1 bath, open plan Kitch/Diner, paved, good sized low maintenance back garden, laundry room. There is a Garage, however, this is not included in the rental. The property is in a superb spot, 1 street back from Southport Beach, 20 min walk to the Wooden Fort and only 5 min drive to the township of Port Noarlunga. The property is 1 year old in a quiet courtyard location.
