Hi All

 

We are breaking our lease a few weeks early as we have finally brought our own home ( yipeeee).

They let us have a 6 month lease which is great if you know you don't want to rent too long - don't find those very often.

Good news - the landlords have agreed to drop the rent - which will be happening this week, not sure what they are dropping it too yet. It is a lovely house but was a bit too pricey - if they drop the rent it will defo be worth it!

Open today at 4.30 ( Thursday 10th). Rent is still showing as higher amount but landlords are definitely going to drop it.

That looks a lovely house. It seems I'm now looking for a rental, but it's too far away for me. :-(
