We (family) have just received our PR under subclass 190 for SA. Myself, wife and two son (age 17 and 14) are planning to be in Adelaide in July 2015 for 8 days to validate our visa. Could anyone please guide us on the following: 1) Do we need to register on centerlink for all four of us or only the primary applicant on the PR. 2) Do we need to enroll all member of the family for Medicare during our this visit or we need to do it once we plan our migration to SA i.e. in May 2016. 3) We need to get a private health insurance (like from Bupa) when we finally move to SA in May 2016. As have heard from many that its better to get an additional private health insurance for the 1st year. Does this 1st year starts from the date of enrollment in Medicare (which in our case would be July 2015 when we come for validation of visa) or from date we finally migrate to SA which is May 2016. 4) For obtaining Tax File No., do we need to do it when we come for validation of visa or later on when we finally migrate to SA.
