@Akie, with the number of questions and queries that you are making, I suggest you go through an agent. Understand that it is costly but at the end it will save your life and time. Please don't be disrespected but checking your quotes for the last 4 weeks, it seems you have raised queries for each question of the every form form.
Happy to help you, but as some friend mentioned here case by case is different and you might not get accurate information.

My wife came to Australia in Sept 2019 but she got her PCC in June 2019 when I applied for her 489. Do I have to apply again for PCC next year? @Doman
If she stayed in India from June to September, you will need to obtain a new PCC. Suggest to obtain a new PCC somewhere around March 2020. Your application will not be opened in the next 6 month for sure.

Guys quick question- My wife recently got 489 and now she has joined me here in australia. I am compiling docs for 887 now. Do i have to add her name in the electricity bills/gas bills/ rental agreement ? Also do i have to upload the joint bank account summary as well ?? or is there something more that I have to show that she lives with me here?
Also she got her PCC in june 2019. She came recently to australia and did not travel back to india or anywere. Do i have to apply for her PCC again in june 2020 ? Experts advise please
Hi Alkie,
if you are the main applicant, you dont need to have your wife's name in utility bills. But joint account is always recommended regardless who is the main applicant. suggest upload a joint account to your application.
What I did in my application, I created a photo pack showing my my enjoyment moment of my life with my wife for the past 10 years. I then changed it to pdf file and uploaded into my account. I am sure that was one of our reason's for direct grant.
RE PCC, if she came to Australia before June and she obtained the PCC in June, you don't need to renew her PCC. However, once you submit the application, you might be better to renew them every 6 months to be on the safe side. Honestly, if you are submitting your application, you don't need to worry abut the PCC at this stage. You will do after some time.
All the best,

Hi everyone is any body being asked the reason for the time spent out of regional area from the date landed in Australia the settlement time?
Please its urgent
Hey mate,
It happened to me last year. I have received both email and phone calls from the Visa Cancellation Department. They were asking why I have stayed out of regional area for a some period of time. Your answer is very crucial and it might change your visa outcome. I strongly suggest to consult with a lawyer before to reply to immigration. It worth to spend a few horehounds of dollars to get a few pieces of right advice from experienced people for your case.

I think I have to give up. Let's trust your guys suggestion. I will recall my comments after 5 months. We had lots of people previously tried your suggestions by asking those questions from immigration . But what was the outcome? Every months the processing time is increased? We even had the petition signed by 2500 people, what was the outcome? Anyway. I have been waiting for 15 months, and looks like sadly I have to wait another 6 months. All the best with every once's application.
Pondering if its a right time...
Lets recall my post from September. I suggested legal action before but lots of people in this forum didn't accompany. If you guys really want to speed up the applications, you need to do something

I have been in this forum for about 14 months. I think July 2018 applicants have been the most luckiest people for 887 Visa.
We all pray for other applicants to get their Golden grants soon.

Please also predict something for my Applciation. Applied 15/06/2018, 1st contacted 20.06.2019, updated 12/07/2019 with all requested detail.
@SUDIP, suggest you submit a complain as a " suggestion" and provide some feedback to immigration. Some people say they don't look at the feedback. I still think it works...
I am sure you will get your grant soon.

Hi all,
I can share two feedback that might help your application processed earlier:
1. I sent a complain " as Suggestion" and shared my story with them and tried to very politly ask if they can speed up the application. I learnt this one of the previous applicants who got the PR too. It seems this way is working.
2. try renew AFP certificate
All the best...

887 Visa - What's the update?
in Visa's and Migration

@AkieNot sure you feel you got offended and feel people are rude if they advise you to consult with agent. We are trying to avoid misleading you or giving you wrong answers.
I am sure this form is here to help everyone to proceed on his/her application if they have basic understanding of the 887 Visa application. But you are gonna be fair. I personally answered at least 5 questions to you in private messages and minimum 5 questions in this forum. I am sure some others did the same thing to you. Trying to understand why you got upset. lets be a bit fair my friend.
As i said, happy to help you further...
Cheers,
