I have ask them through Complaint form under Feedback section. They replied within few days and provided me the Hapid. It was so quick and easy. And I have also updated my AFP in july. Thanks, hope it helps

Received Direct Grant. i m flying Applied 21 July 18 Direct Grant 17th Sep 19 Family of 4, one newborn requested Hap id when she turned 8 months. This Forum is the best Forum, finally day is here.cheers

I realise, last two weeks, people are receiving direct grants, there is no one been contacted by officer for further information. Looks they are only clearing Direct Grant people

Hi Guys, could anyone please help or suugest, How to get Hapid of new born baby as she is already 8 months old now. And I havent been contacted by Case officer yet. No first contact even. I have called immigration to generate the Hapid, however, they said, I have to wait from processing department. If anyone know so I can have Hapid beforehand to avoid delays in application. Please help
