    Hi All,

Has anyone ever had any issues or  questions from the DHA in regards to attaching documents a long time after submitting? So the documents are relevant in terms of the fact that they are dated prior to the application date (example utility bills), but they were only attached some time after the application date. For example, I have seen people post advise / tips on this forum and I have then gone and attached the document but obviously quite some time after applying.

    *Hope this all makes sense.

No problems at all. I attached most of important docs after few months of lodgement

Thanks for your reply trx, I agree with you I think I should seek a help from a migration lawyer and see what alternative options available.

from my perspective, a 12 months full time is not a 52 working weeks, it is a 48 weeks considering a person is entitled to 4 weeks annual leave. even if you're in a causal contract and you aren't entitled to paid leave or holiday leave, your salary includes the annual leave loading.

I work in the oil & gas industry ,and considering the project based nature of this industry, around 60% of the employees work as contractors in casual contracts, I believe they should take this into their considerations.

    thanks again

    cheers

As you are already in regional area for 1 year I think use some payslips from another job if you had any

It's pathetic, it's frustrating people getting PR on other visa so quickly. When it comes to 887, it's not priority processing. We have to wait, there are limited quota for 887. Case officers playing with our file, never check properly what has been uploaded and what's missing. Public holiday issue, new year, christmas, weekend bla...bla...bla too many issue. It’s like a unbelievable scenario here, on top of that people spread rummer that that people got PR on a particular month.

At the end of the day, we are 887 applicant. No matter what happen we believe we will get our golden mail.

Please be patient I know it is hard. I got my residency after 11 years. I had anxiety issues because of all waiting times but now I am relieved and you will be hopefully by the end of this month.

    Congratulations on your grant.

How to get the medical done beforehand? Is it just a letter from GP?
For our new born, immiaccount says no medical examination required.

Can you please provide some information? Thanks

My son is 2 years old now. I requested hapid through complaints form after he turned 2 and got it within 3 working days. In immi account my son's name was nowhere under health assessment before I requested hapid

  6. I always wanted to write a big grant message but was out of words today. Still can't believe it. I am very thankful to this forum as it was only thing that made me patient otherwise I would have had panic attacks. Also I would have never done my son's medical beforehand without guidance here. May everyone get there grant soon.

    Hi Everyone,

Is there anyone from us applied for Bridging Visa B from offshore. Me (Main applicant 887) and my wife will be on bridging visa A from first of March. However, My wife (Secondary applicant) is on overseas now . If I want to apply for Bridging Visa B for me and her , Does she has to come back before applying ? Or I can apply for both Me and her from here (As I am also planning to go overseas)?

    Thanks in advance.

Your wife should be in Australia and you as well to apply bridging b. This is onshore visa
