We are breaking our lease in Hallett Cove - Four bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey property with OCEAN VIEWS. Ample parking for four vehicles, large fully enclosed garden. We have been there for nearly 3 years and moving due to work relocation. Pet friendly (we have a golden retriever). Just had brand new boiler fitted and new carpet in main bedroom. We have been paying $465 a week and this includes water bills. Landlords are friendly and have not bothered with inspections while we have been there so you really can make it feel like your own home.

Thanks for the reply - pardon my ignorance but what do TorFX do for you - how does it work? Do you send them the money and they get you the best rate? I am new to all this and have no idea ((

Hi Andrew, just wondering how you have found TorFx? Has it been beneficial to you using them. They keep phoning me and asking me to register with them - just be interested to get someone's experience of using them.

We haven't got the visa yet but I love your positive thinking!!! Once you get a case officer though things do start to move along quite quickly

Ha ha ha Thank God we won't have to touch our toes. I read it on another thread and believed it so I have been practising can you believe? I think I am actually going a bit mental with the whole thing. If I finally get there I'll have lost the plot altogether! Really hope you get some news about your visa soon. Fingers crossed Jen x

Thanks Claire. It's so nerve racking isn't it? I was wondering whether to ask when I am there if there are any problems. Hopefully the police checks will be back before the deadline but we're going to miss it anyway as our meds are on same day as deadline. We've told the agent and they are going to apply for an extension. Is it true that you are asked to touch your toes at the medical? If so I've got BOB HOPE

Hi there, just wondering when you sent off for your police checks. We posted ours first class on the 6th June but heard nothing yet...... Good luck with the medicals. We've got ours with Dr Smith on 28th June and I am dreading them. I would be interested to see how you went on. All the best Jen

What documents are you required to take to the medicals? My husband and daughter have active conditions which are managed well with medication. Our GP is charging us £50 each for copies of letters and information .....is this anyone else's experience?

nope....only have stamps for Thailand and Oz but for European trips passport isn't stamped. Just rang agent who said put approx day, as month and year I can just about remember Know when you just feel like the form filling will never end?
