That is why this time I did not use agent.  I had a hard time when doing 489 visa.

For photos just go to office works take a photo it cost around 16 aud  and ask them to mail you the photo. you can use that to reprint.

just sign on 1 photo back and put it with other photo and scan it.

So many have done this and it worked

    Thank you so much.

they just ask for passport photo, I did not see anywhere they mentioned need to be signed on the back. did u upload passport photo previously?

I never upload any photos before.

Below the request was the detail of every items they need.

It mentioned printed name the back of photos

  3. Applied 2 Apr 2020

    Co contact 13 aug

Applied through agent. I decided to created immi acc morning 13aug and found out that my agent didn't upload any docs that I provided them. I called and asked the agent why.

Later the night I open my immi account and saw the s56 request list. I was so disappointed that I missed the direct granted.

They didn't ask for English ability which agent didn't uploaded in the website however we applied 489 onshore and studied here in Australia.

But they ask for current passport photo, it need to printed name at the back of photos. How can we do it?

Also I own a business as partnership with my husband. And short of 15 weeks of working evidence. How could I prove that I worked fulltime for my business?

    Thank for your advice

hi, is ur son newborn after 489 visa?

Yes. He was born after my 489 granted. That's why I was a bit confuse as I know from tgis forum that the kid will have to go to medical if he never have it done before or under 6mth will have to get GP letter.

But i am not sure about my case

Once you have your baby .. you could request a document from hospital that the baby is healthy and fine .. the check list includes Height, weight and head circumference.  Once you baby is born thy update the Blue book ( Adelaide, SA) abt other stuff as well .. like hearing test, vaccinations and other .. you could also upload a copy of same as well..

Thank @Prab Singh my boy is 3years old. But my agent said that his medical has been finalize but he had never had medical done before so I think we have to wait for them if they require medical.

Thank a lot for your reply

I applied in Apr and tgey are up to Mar now. Make me so nervous. Hihi

Hi .. If you son never had a medical then the CO would request 1. Once you have submitted your 887 application then you would get 2 option "Attach documents" or "Request Medical" Click on request medical and you would be able to generate the hap ID for you son. Or else the other way is to speak to Home affairs 13 1881.

    Thank you so much.

My agent told me that my son medical has been finalize but weird that my son was born in Australia anh never have medical done before.

We wiĺl have to wait for the contact then.

@LiANSS - even if he is just over 6 months a letter from GP would work and a statutory declaration form stating that you will upload the passport once you will receive it.

Could I ask about medical check for tolder? My boy is 2.5yo and he didn't have medical check before. Do you know whether he would need to atend one? And could we generate the HAP ID before CO contact?

    Thanks

Hi, thank you so much for your advice.

I did stay longer than 2 year. My visa Granted July 2016. And I applied in Apr 2020. Because i didn't have enough resident proof of first year. And couldn't find a job so we moved to another regional. Therefore to be safe I waited to make it enough 2 year at new region then I applied.

I got a few letter from hospital but didn't mention that It was my option but the only safe way for me. So should I get a Satu dec? And how could I do it?

And how could we generate an HAP ID for my boy?

    Thank you

Could you please how could we generate Hap ID for toddler before we get contacted?

Hi..while applying for Medicare Entitlement statement..can we send colour copies of passport , current visa and evidence showing we have applied for PR or does all the copies needs to be certified by people like legal practitioners and police officers?

I applied my Medicare via email due to Covid19. They didn't accept you at their counter. However i send all the copy in color and didn't certify any of it.

    Hope it would help.

I agree, but imo i'd be better/safer to do both - a stat dec (or a letter from hospital if possible) plus waiting for an additional 3 months at the regional area.

Yes u right .. Medical required only if the child is born here in Australia however with below mentioned condition..

If your new born is less then 6 months no medical .. only letter from GP that he/she is doing alright ( height, weight, hearing and head circumference). Once the child is over 6 months old then only basic check from Bupa no xray and that will cost $ 236.00.

Thank  @Prab Singh @MMM my 3yo was born after my 489 granted and he was born here in Aus. Do I still need to do medicak for him do you think?

Also 1 more questions, when my son was born, the regional hospital reffered me back Metro hospital (Sydney) and I stayed for  3months in Sydney. What should I get evidence to prove that was not my decision? I think the birth certificate would mention place He was born as the other day I saw the post said the visa was rejected due to breaching visa condition. They het the birth certificate as an evidence to rejected the case.

I strongly suggest you to contact migration lawyer ... I am bit scared if u leave in metropolitan area ..as it may consider as breach of visa conditions... for Residence proof you can provide payslips , utility , Rego documents, driving license, employment references or decelerations if stayed in shared accomodation ...etc....

I will contact the agent to make sure this cover.

All you nee to do is attach support for all 4 years in Australia; e.g. if you moved to metro; why and how- if you cover all your grounds it should be alright. I would definitely go with MARA consultant for this case. All the best!!

Thank you. I will do so...

If you write a chronology of events after you landed here and support them with appropriate level of documentation. It should be accepted. Some things at times are beyond the control of an individual and visa cannot be seen as a restriction when it is the matter of health or any issues related to that. Questions might be asked  around hospital arrangements in regional  area and the rationale to be transferred to metropolitan, which you can support with the documents from Dr/hospital etc.

There is also option to apply 489 2nd Provisional visa if you are falling short of completion of residency and work conditions due to genuine reasons.

It appears post your stay in non- regional area you have made all the attempts to comply with visa conditions, which is tick in the box as it demonstrates genuine attempt  to be in compliance to visa conditions.

This group can only provide suggestions out of their individual experience which is limited, not an advice to make an decision.

Professional advice will be beneficial, as your case is  very specific and has unique circumstances, Mark from Migration Solutions  (search on Facebook) have been of great help to 489 visa group holders.  You might want to try that option out before making a decision.

    Best wishes.

Thank you so much. I will contack mark regarding to this matter.

    Best wishes
