I never upload any photos before. Below the request was the detail of every items they need. It mentioned printed name the back of photos

Applied 2 Apr 2020 Co contact 13 aug Applied through agent. I decided to created immi acc morning 13aug and found out that my agent didn't upload any docs that I provided them. I called and asked the agent why. Later the night I open my immi account and saw the s56 request list. I was so disappointed that I missed the direct granted. They didn't ask for English ability which agent didn't uploaded in the website however we applied 489 onshore and studied here in Australia. But they ask for current passport photo, it need to printed name at the back of photos. How can we do it? Also I own a business as partnership with my husband. And short of 15 weeks of working evidence. How could I prove that I worked fulltime for my business? Thank for your advice

Yes. He was born after 489. We took 3.5 year to apply for 887. Because we couldn't prove the 2years residence

Yes. He was born after my 489 granted. That's why I was a bit confuse as I know from tgis forum that the kid will have to go to medical if he never have it done before or under 6mth will have to get GP letter. But i am not sure about my case

Thank @Prab Singh my boy is 3years old. But my agent said that his medical has been finalize but he had never had medical done before so I think we have to wait for them if they require medical. Thank a lot for your reply I applied in Apr and tgey are up to Mar now. Make me so nervous. Hihi

I applied my Medicare via email due to Covid19. They didn't accept you at their counter. However i send all the copy in color and didn't certify any of it. Hope it would help.

Hi, thank you so much for your advice. I did stay longer than 2 year. My visa Granted July 2016. And I applied in Apr 2020. Because i didn't have enough resident proof of first year. And couldn't find a job so we moved to another regional. Therefore to be safe I waited to make it enough 2 year at new region then I applied. I got a few letter from hospital but didn't mention that It was my option but the only safe way for me. So should I get a Satu dec? And how could I do it? And how could we generate an HAP ID for my boy? Thank you

Thank @Prab Singh @MMM my 3yo was born after my 489 granted and he was born here in Aus. Do I still need to do medicak for him do you think? Also 1 more questions, when my son was born, the regional hospital reffered me back Metro hospital (Sydney) and I stayed for 3months in Sydney. What should I get evidence to prove that was not my decision? I think the birth certificate would mention place He was born as the other day I saw the post said the visa was rejected due to breaching visa condition. They het the birth certificate as an evidence to rejected the case.
