Breaking Lease - Aldinga Beach

For a variety of reasons - not linked to the house BTW - we are heading back to blighty so are going to need to break our lease on our house in Aldinga BEach.

 

The rent is $330/wk and it has three bedrooms (main incl ensuite & walk-in robe), a large living room plus a separate large room with open plan kitchen in corner. There is a two car drive/car-port, a sizeable covered patio and a sizeable garden.

 

It is located in the village of ALdinga Beach, just three roads back (5 mins walk) from the Esplanade and the lovely beach, the sunset over the water and the famous Aldinga Beach cafe. It is near schools and the expanding local shopping centre.

 

On a wdier scale it is well placed for Victor Harbor trips and about 20 mins drive Morphett Vale/Noarlunga Centre with all the facilities that you'll need plus train into the CBD, along with numerous excellent beaches along the way.

 

It is officially unfurnished, but if you are low on furniture then we would be more than happy to pass on what we have (fridge, sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table & 6 chairs, double bed with mattress, single bed frame, 2 TVs, plus other tables/lamps etc) for a small fee.

 

Pets are negotiable, the landlady was heppy for our two cats to stay

 

We are expecting to leave at the end of November, so would appreciate someone ready to come in as soon after that as possible.
