This is made from solid pine brought in the UK and cost over £500.

 

There is a desk to the left and the ladder to the right. The desk has book shelves and is ideal for children to sit at and do their homework!!

 

The futon pulls out to make a single bed which is ideal for the sleepovers.

The covers on the futon are removeable for washing.

 

The mattress is also included if you wish and is in excellent condition.

 

This is ideal for a kids bedroom and is a great piece of furniture. It can be seen assembled but will need to be taken apart when sold to get out of the door.

I also have a large amount of single bedding suitable for girls and two single quilts if you are interested (one brand new - feather, summer weight) and a winter quilt. We can negotiate a price when you have looked at the items however do not feel obliged about these if you are only interested in the bed itself.
