Advice on distance for rental location please

Hi

 

I need advice, I am wanting to know how far south of Adelaide to look for a rental to keep the price down, I am wanting to work in the City and I am willing to travel about 30 to 45 mins by either car or train to and fro work.

 

My wife hopefully would work local as a Hairdresser and my Daughter would go to a local Catholic primary school.

 

Anyone any suggestions, Looking for the usual like safe,clean,friendly and hopefully close to a beach.

Aberfoyle Park, Happy Valley, Trott Park are all nice areas. All about 25 mins to city

 

Further south you have Seaford and Aldinga but then looking at 45mins - hour into City

 

Plenty of good schools in all

Hi Jason - we live in Blackwood and on a good day it takes me 45 minutes to drive to work in the city and the train takes an hour. We are around a 20/25 minute drive to the beach.
