how long does a sponsorship 457 visa take ?

Hi, we got a sponsorship and a work contract 3 weeks ago? We then had to send the contract by scan to the companies agent who is dealing with sorting out our sponsorship.

 

How long did it take you to get your 457 visa??? Just wanting to know in general how long this could take??

About 2-3 months from when you put your visa application in. But it's all dependant on when you get your police checks and medicals submitted.

 

Hard to know if it will be any quicker going through and agent.
