Thanks 28feb887, my spouse paid to ISLPR and test date is 19/08. Before that we got our Visa.

we submitted all docs we have to prove f. English requirement.

(old IELTS result, Study -certificate to Eng. medium and letter from institute, letter from employer.)

I didn't submit form 1221.

But I submitted form 80 with full details.

If you work Cash in hand, I know you unable to prove from bank statement. But if you pay tax what ever you earn here in Australia you don't need to worry. You can show it.

1. If you have ABN, You can pay Tax and get evidence what you want to show. ( But it only effect if you show your 1 year work experience last financial year.)

2. You can ask letter from employer and need to get Statutory Declaration in front of JP.

Thanks, I had two part time jobs. I submitted 52 week pay slips (each one was 35 or more hours combined from two jobs hours week was selected to submit).

Job reference letter from both job and

Yes bank statements which was relating pay.

CO allocated on 14/07/2016; Requested docs; correct AFPs for both me and spouse (as we have submitted the incorrect ones before), Form 80 only for me (but later submitted wife's one as well to be on the safe side)

Visa Granted on 18/08/2016

 

I'm a self employer worked all 2 1/2 years with an ABN after coming from 489.

 

Thank you all for your experiences, suggestions and advises which helped me a lot in this process. This forum helped me a lot to keep me relax with patience. Wish you all speedy grants!

Thanks hossain. I worked as a programmer so that I could show the time sheets of 35 hrs per week. Also, submitted customer invoices and the bank statements showing the payments received for them, notices of assessments for tax returns, ABN registration details, some letters of employment from my customers and my official website details. Hope this helps for you to prepare. Good luck!

I know it might be silly to ask this questions but I doneed a hand to sort out my current issues. I lodged my VISA a week ago andnoticed checklist is changed a bit. Under Health requirements, it has beenchanged from "do not need toprovide evidence of meeting Australia’s health requirements unless requested todo so by your case officer." to "Evidence of each person having undertaken the required healthexaminations. If you havelodged your application, click on the ‘Organise health examinations’ link inImmiAccount." I've triedto organize health examinations in Immi Account but it doesn'tallow me to do so, it says "My Health Declaration is only for clients who have not yet lodgeda visa application". I am quite confused, should I just wait till CO ask me to do so?

Ive applied 887 Visa on the 13th of June. I think it takes about 4 to 5 months to get it processed by looking at the info from this thread. It would be nice to know latest allocation date for 887 visa if anyone knows it.

For the newborn baby, you have to wait until CO assign a medical checkup..

Hi Fellow Applicants,

 

Quick question. Is it compulsory to certify all documents? or can we attach scanned colour copies of the documents? I think you need to certify the passport but what about other documents?
