How do I reply to a visitor message on my page???!!! My brain hasn't come back to life yet!

Also why do I keep having to sign in so many times, then I get redirected to a blank page sometimes??

hi laura either type a message in the box on your own page where the messages are and send, or click on the persons name who you want to send the message to then you have the option to send them a visitor message for all to see, or a private one (pm). when you log in ticking the remember me box should keep you signed in
