Sooooo Frustrating!!!!!

I started my career as a tradesman and worked my way up to be an engineer, now when it comes to getting my skills assessed I can't match my skills to my nominated occupation!:arghh:

I have been in touch with engineers Australia who say they may be able to assess me using the Competency Demonstration Report to an engineering associate, which when you look at the SOL list only gives you 40 points and is not on the South Australia permanent occupation list!

It is however on the provisional occupation list with which I could go for SA sponsorship and the 475 Visa application, but hey at least it gets us out there!!!

 

Has anyone been in the same boat?
