we arrive in adelaide and give ourselves 3 weeks to do the essentials, get kids in school, get a car. paperwork etc etc

 

how long realistically from the moment of house viewing and having an offer accepted can we be moving into our own premises

 

6 months is the critical timescale for us to have all finances sorted like house purchases pension transfer and a wage coming in.....

 

we would hope to start viewing houses after 2 months and gain f/t employment by 4 january - as with all plans it will change if things are not as desireable as we hope
