As far as I know, havent been there yet! The pool is about £7 per person, includes towels and use of shower.

There are places to put your luggage not sure about the cost.

The hotel room for 4 people is about £55, which includes the pool, plus somewhere to leave bags. This may work out better value.

Hi we used the pool coming back off our reccie, Its well worth it, couldnt get the kids out , totally chilled me out ready for the longest leg back to manchester. They have lockers s$5 i think, worth it just to get shot of your hand luggage for a bit.

Sounds like a good idea to me, we flew into Hong Kong and the time between was a 6 hour wait. So we booked into the lounge. All you can eat, drink lovely chinese food, you can shower and lounge all you like

Hiya,

We packed all our swimming stuff to use the pool at Changi and ended up landing in a different part of the airport and were unable to leave to access it.

I think we came in at terminal 3 and the only place we could go was on the electric train to the transit hotel. SO we had packed towels, goggles, swimming costums etc only to find we had carted them for nothing!

The transit hotel was really good though. We spent around 17hrs at Changi arrived 0745 until midnight, with a 9yr old and we weren't bored. Changi is amazing with koi Carp and trees in the lounge AND clean carpet which is a far cry from Manchester or even Heathrow!

Don't forget to pack the spare undies so you can change at Changi after your shower.

Hope this helps

Eh what went wrong there then? Who said you couldn't access it? We arrived and departed in Terminal 3, our transit hotel was in Terminal 2 and the pool is in Terminal 1. You can access all the terminals by either walking or taking the sky trains. The only restriction to using the pool is that you need to show your transit hotel key to the lady that hands out the towels.

We used it we had 16hrs in Singapore due to us flying in on the A380.................its gret for tiring the kids out and to chill out and let what your doing sink in !!!!

There is a place where you can leave your hand luggage and stuff that you dnt want to carry around with you all day............there is also free cinema..........and a free bus tour of the city should you want it, i would reccommend the tour as the city of Singapore is beautiful.

There is a charge for the leaving of luggage and the pool but it was well worth it.

Enjoy.

If you have booked a transit hotel the swimming pool is free, all you have to do is show your key. Even though we didn't spend much time in the room it was well worth it to leave your stuff. If you do book a transit hotel then don't take towels in your hand kuggage as they are in the rooms. They also give you towels at the pool when you show your key. Pete din't swim as Joe was asleep but it was lovely. You can get the sky trains from terminal to terminal or if you want the kids bto lose some energy you can walk. There loads of places to eat and I believe there is a kids play are somewhere but we never got round to that. EVeryone is really friendly and helpful in the airport. All you have to do is look at a map a nd there is someone there asking if they can help.
