Hi everyone

 

We are breaking our lease on a great 2 bed unit that we have rented since June 2008. We are breaking the lease as we are buying our first aussie home. We will be moving out in the 1st week in March, the current weekly rent is $295. The unit is only joined to the unit next door by the garage and is in great position for the beach and tram. Just bumping this up for you guys. Its a great unit. You can see the beach from the end of the drive, walk to Jetty Road and the tram. very secure and with its own garden. One of the best areas in Glenelg (IMO!)

Hey I was just down this street today and at the end of the road the beach beckons. Nice gardens around and good transport nearby.

Any luck yet guys? I would be surprised if you didnt have people beating the door down - units in this part of Glenelg very rarely come up.
