Seacombe Heights

Hi all

 

We've been offered a rental property in Seacombe Heights. All looks well on the net, but just wondered if anybody had any first hand experience of the area they could share before we commit?

 

It is close to Brighton beach, an area I remember well from our time there, but I don't think we passed thru Seacombe Heights.

 

We just want to make sure its clean and safe with decent facilities/access.

seacombe heights is on the eastern side of Brighton rd. It's about 10 mins to the beach and not far from the train or buses. There are shopping centres on Brighton rd and a foodland, and other small shops on Seacombe rd. Marion shopping centre and the cinemas are not far aswell. Its an ok suburb, not too flash but ok to start off with.
