I am looking for a single furnished room from 18 May for 4 weeks, in the Christies Beach area.

I have a one bedroomed unit in the grounds of my house. I am going to be renting it to single people / couples.

My parents use it when they visit. It's all brand new, full kitchen double bed, lounge with tv, washing machine etc...with wireless internet included.

What sort of budget would you be looking at?

I will be listing it on AIRBNB shortly.
