Thanks it is a lovely house and we will miss it, but needs must and we alll need money to live so smaller house = more money to enjoy life!!!!

 

Tyke - agent is great, we met him at the house we really liked and thats how we got him up to ours and now lo and behold he may be selling it to us and selling ours to someone else!!!

You might want to try putting it in the local school news letter. We had lots of calls from parents after we advertised ours there and second set of parents put an offer in!! No need for a money grabbing real estate/rental agent.

 

Could save you $$$$ for your new house.....

Thanks but we have signe dup with agent now, it would be better and cheaper to do it ourselves but havent got the time or patience really!!! Nice thought though! :)
