Hi Russki, Thanks for reply. I applied in March. My overseas police clearance will be expired on feb due to this lengthy processing time. Anyway I will wait for them like you said. I don't want to waste the money for applying these unnecessary. I will test my luck.

My overseas police clearance will be valid till next month (Feb). This means, my overseas police clearance might not be valid at the time of my visa granted, if the visa processing time 12 months. However I haven't gone back to overseas after obtaining my police clearance. As department says, validity of police clearance is 12 months, do I need to obtain the fresh police clearance again?

Hi, I checked the new website. There is a separate section for the identity. In addition to passport, they have requested to upload national identity card as well. I don't know whether this is one that we have been issued from our country. If that is the case, we might need to translate to English before uploading as our identity in our own language. Can some one assist on this?

I heard form some one , if afp older than 3 months at the time you lodge the visa, you might request new afp. For instance:- If you are applying January, afp should be obtained at least before October. I don't know about the accuracy of my statement, this is what I heard someone.

Hi Mate, Please let me know how old your afp? are they asking the afp due to other reason like name or due to number of months?

Thanks. However I use to do this by my self such as uploading the activity statement every three months to show the income and tax return end of the year. I don't have any clue on this as I just work for Taxi and get the income, but there is no expenses except the fuel? Although I am working for the ABN, working is taxi is almost like a job. Would you mind to share the format if possible? Sorry for bothering you.

congratulations mate. Would you mind to tell us what is the profit loss summary statement? Is it Business activity statement that we submit in every 3 months or the tax return at end of the year or any other document that show the income and expences?

Congratulations mate. Can you let me know whether you obtain the AFP before applying or after applying visa? My AFP has been taken before applying visa (Around two months) and just wanted to know whether I need to upload the new one?

In my case, I have submitted payslips for only 52 weeks though I have worked with previous employer more than year and I uploaded last year superannuation statement that is not covered full periods of works or even 52 weeks. Is it problem? I heard that we need to submit the works evidences only 52 weeks. I have added the covering letter to explain the duration what I am claiming.

Is it required to complete the tax return if I am expecting visa between July to Aug 2018 ? For example:- Due date for tax return is on Dec 2018, can we do it before that? Or do we need to do it before granting visa?

I uploaded BAS statement (GST records), Time sheets from taxi company (In & off), Tax return , Taxi Licence, Bank statement that shows my savings, letter form taxi owner. I don't have any payslips as this is self employment however taxi owner's letter mentioned ,I worked full time. Is it not sufficient?

Hi Mate, Can you please let me know whether any reason to request New AFP from you? Has it more than 12 months at the time AFP have been requested? or AFP has not covered whole 2 years period that you have spent Australia? or have't you uploaded it initially? I have obtained the AFP 2 months before applied visa. I am still thinking whether I will upload AFP or not as still my AFP will be valid more than 6 months. I am not quite sure any specify reason for deviating the rules that mentioned in immigration website.

I have some concern about my AFP as AFP has been requested from some of members here even it is not expired. I have obtained AFP about 2 months before applying the visa. I believed that AFP will not be more than 12 months at the time visa granted. Can someone help me whether the AFP should be covered whole period that I have spent Australia till the date I applied the visa or is it alright if it is valid 12 months at the time visa granted?

Hi , Is it required to upload passport pages with stamps of entry dates to Australia? I have not uploaded any visa copy or passport stamp pages as I assumed that case office can check these with their system.

I heard for function level, IELTS result will be valid only 1 year (4.5 band score ), but don't know much.

Hi, I think, if you have completed IELTS before 12 months of visa lodgement , you will be safe. Can you correct, if I am wrong? That's mean, IELTS result should not be older than 12 months at the time you lodge the application. Please refer below from web site. An International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test result of an average band score of at least 4.5 based on the four test components of speaking, reading, listening and writing. Your test must have been completed within 12 months of visa application lodgement or can be completed during visa application processing.

Hi, I have doubt about the superannuation statement as it will not covered all period of my employment. I just uploaded superannuation statement of 2016 and 2017. It will cover part of my employment. This is something similar to tax report. Tax report will show up to 2017 June . Is it alright?
