I am so frustrated now it's been 2 months exact when I submitted my docs AGAIN and you get a SLA of 6 weeks. When I called all they say wait we have your case but wait. I don't know wait for what. Have already lost so many opportunities that I can't count and these guys are useless seriously

Guys one question to everyone... 887 visa states you have to stayed in a regional area for 2 years and worked 1 year full time.. does this one year full time means that if you have worked for 20 hrs a day initially that would not be counted at all? or would it be counted for your 1 year full time equivalent hrs.??\

Hi Guys, I am seriously agitated and frustrated, Adelaide Team 10 has breached its 28 days timeline on the mail, 6 months timeline of processing and worst of all my CO has changed...!!!!!! and she is asking me all questions again!!!!!.... [PRIMARY APPLICANT] Evidence of employment: · Self-employment documents (advertising and marketing material, company registration document (ABN), · Audited financial statements (i am a sole trader and have submitted my Tax return), · Example of major contract (I did not sign any contract with my current client, however have been working with him for last 1 year, how can I prove this as his was a new company setup), · Evidence of income received (Bank statement provided for my invoice receipts), · Business insurance (don't have any insurance as its optional), · Business licence (ABN Given). Evidence of residency (letter from landlord given along with energy bill) [sECONDARY APPLICANT] · Evidence of functional English – (copy of the degree and Transcript provided) Statement requested - what is Statement Request?? any help would be extremely and highly appreciable as I am lost on what do they want specially changing my CO?????

I have a query if anyone can answer. Human services allows you to get a medicare card if you have applied for PR, and I can also generate my centrelink no. but can I also generate my child's centrelink no. and if so can I claim child care benefit?? If anyone can answer.

Gary, my six weeks completed twice. first when they had updated on the site to click the button for information provided long back and then again but only this time my CO did not enable that button in immi account and that is worrying me cause he / she sent me a mail for more info second time but just a mail. there is no notification enabled to inform the CO that I have again provided the details and infact my 28 days as per the mail also lapsed... though I don't know if its 28 Business Days or 28 calendar days... I tried several times to get in touch personally with anyone in immi office but all they do is stand on the token counter and keep saying go home and call on a no. which takes hrs to connect 2hrs approx...

Hi Sandesh, I had discussed with the Immi Officer in their office itself and bridging visa is not application / in force till your parent / Substansive Visa (489) does not expire... hence you still on 489 only... and all rules applicable to 489 apply. RegardsManas

Guys, Can anyone tell me that whether I have to upload any contract if I am on ABN?? or would the invoice details, ABN details, Activity Statement and Bank Statements showing invoice receipt would work?? Yes Sammy, I lodged in May, CO allocated in Sept since then no comm.... Little worried and frustrated too.. as I don't know what's going on... they don't respond to your mails if you seek update... you call them, they say wait... that is it....
