You were right actually, there were gaps (not in years, but in the description). They wanted to know what exactly I was doing when I was unemployed. I so wanted to write "Played video games and ate chips" But I guess in reality they just want to know if you were traveling or did anything dangerous.

Not only I didn't leave any gaps I even wrote the history since my birth! My suspicion is - no one actually looked at my form 80

Hi Miranda887, I didn't get CO allocated I just got email from Skilled Support.

I just got email "Additional request for information" with no CO allocated. And they ask for information that I provided for visa that I'm on now. For example - " Please provide details of how you occupied your time and financially supported yourself for the period – Jan 2008 to Jun 2008, Jun 2009 to Jun 2010, Oct 2013 to May 2014". - that was before I came to australia It is so strange. Did this happen to anyone else?

Should not be a problem, especially if you specified the change in Form 80 and probably in application itself (I'm pretty sure they have this question there). When I was applying for 486 visa my country changed the rules on name spellings so my husband had his name spelled differently on his documents and his new passport and it wasn't a big deal.

I don't think it's department's fault. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people who apply for visas don't even read checklist documents or read it but don't supply all the documents for some reason. The department workers have to ask for the documents and work on other cases while waiting. For example, immi web site clearly states that - "A ‘complete application’ has all required documentation, including Form 80 AND Form 1221". But I saw so many people are wondering on this forum whether they need to supply it or not. It all makes the process slower.
