I don't about that buddy after CO assigned how they work.. you need to submit all docs anything and everything

Form 80 not 1221 and submit if you have kids 1229 form

It doesn't matter until you live in a regional area... check the list of regional areas you can live on the website or they will give you list as well... Hope it helps

They will only count from the day you applied and the months before you lived in the specified area... that being said they dont count the days you been away...

Hi breeze, its sad to hear your visa was rejected. i heard one of friend's visa was also rejected because of same reason. I would reckon you should re-apply asap. it was suggested by my friend's case officer. Everyone should take a note here when the main applicant stays more than 6 weeks overseas it is better to wait for that many days instead of being rejected. the applicant should full 2 years before applying.
