  16. You worked 20 hrs a day?? In a week you need to have 35 hrs at least, it doesn't matter how many hrs you do in a day... typically they want 52 payslips in your 2 years of stay in the regional area...

  21. They will only count from the day you applied and the months before you lived in the specified area... that being said they dont count the days you been away...
  22. Hi breeze, its sad to hear your visa was rejected. i heard one of friend's visa was also rejected because of same reason. I would reckon you should re-apply asap. it was suggested by my friend's case officer. Everyone should take a note here when the main applicant stays more than 6 weeks overseas it is better to wait for that many days instead of being rejected. the applicant should full 2 years before applying.
