Now a days a lot of people on this forum saying they have uploaded the documents, but immigration sayong they have not received it. I personally think the reason behing this is now they have changed the way how we used to upload documents. Before when we used to upload then it used to take some time showing us document uploading but now, as i was uploading documents, i noticed the change. Now when we upload the documents ? this sign appears on the left hand side of the name of uploaded document. It automatically dispears when the document is uploaded. If we press the button "Add Attachment" before this sign dispears then only this document appears in immi account but actually it is not uploaded. I donot know about others but i took me a long time to understand this as i thought there is something wrong and was suspecious why this sign was appearing as i donot remember seeing it before. I think you should fill form of change in curcumstances. And I donot think you are allowed to add her in ur visa application since its already lodged and to add secondary applicant later is not allowed. Anyways she is not even eligible to be added as secondary applicant because she does not have pre-requisite visa to be added into 887 visa application. When we are allocated a case officer and contacted by them, whether it is a direct grant or asking for more information, then with recent date something like this is written: application further processed. Application received-processing commenced is the visa lodgement date i think, not CO allocation date. BTW immigration telephone number is 131881. Actually i am surprised that u guys lodged visa yourself and you must have gone through immi website to know all about 887 visa but still does not know the number. Just kidding. And again, as ur application is still not processed further after 6 months, u better ring them and make sure everything is OK. Hi @breeze I think there is no one in forum who is waiting so long to be contacted by CO. I mean currently ther are processing sep applications but you lodged at june. Thats 4 months difference. Better to contact them. Anyways r u self employee or doing job. And you can see whether they processes your file after lodgement or not. @ajaymannat I think reference letter should contain your name, your DOB, your address, your job starting date, your current salary and also mention whether this is a full time or part time job with hours of work each week. I think if u write this, you are giving them plenty of information and there is very least chances for your CO to ask information again. Hope it helps Sent from my SM-G925I using Tapatalk

Whu u did not give reference letter from employer.. its a kind of must in most cases... and with this I think he should have written what he wants in respect to further employment certificates. Like he may have written superannuation account, employment contract, bank statements etc. In residency proof, u can get statutory declaration from landlord or from people u r living with. No progress yet... it will be really interesting to see what happens to 5June887 as all the 4 last persons who reminded immigration about visa, they were granted very same day. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk

3 people complained or reminded CO about their application today, all three of them got visa today itself. Seems like you need to do something to get your pending file reopen. But sometimes we feel that can't they make their process faster themselves. We really want immigration to look after pending files without reminding or complaining them.
