You will be in trouble how can you tell immigration i am working cash in hand tell your employer to give you that 10hrs on ABN that is much safer and will be easy for your employer to put you On ABN rather then TFN

Nothing to worry untill and unless you spend more then 90 days overseas un your 2 year period i personally spend 2 months 10days and applied one month late and i got my PR But ine month is absolutely Ok you can apply straight away after completing 2 yrs

This was little bit confused immi asked on 23rd nov 2016 and i submitted to my agent on 24th but on Friday when i made my IMMI account it was showing that submitted on 21 dec and 12 jan and when i asked my agent this morning he wasn't happy that i am questioning him but he told me don't worry i uploaded on time

Hi guys one more query please reply........Today i made my immi account and import my files to get my file view and one thing i found that my agent has submitted all the documents on 23 dec and 16 jan but CO requested them on 23 nov and i submitted him on 25th nov So do you guys think that this delay submission is the main issue for my grant visa delay and also will i be in trouble as co asked everything with in 28 days but my agent submitted 2 documents after 50days.

Hi guys just a quick query i am thinking to send and email( adelaide team) and To fill complaint to immigration for the delay of my file as i completed my 6 months and 6days but one of my friend suggested me it will be better if my migration agent can send an email on behalf of me but i think my agent will not send as he always ask me to call immi department so what do you guys suggest is it ok if i do by my self .

Worst immigration System , they don't care for Genuine applications .I applied 487 in 2009 August and then in 2014 they grant 489 now again i have to wait for 887 don't know till when, Frustration is on its peak for me..wait wait wait.........

Hi i already submitted my details but you didn't updated my details? Apply 887 on 5 sep 2016 CO allocated 23 nov 2016 Till today didn't heard anything from them

I personally took 2 month and 10 days(70 days) off but i applied after 35 days .And you will get your medicare once your bridging visa will be generated which is mostly on the same day you'll apply and next day take Bridging visa copy with you to centerlink. Your main question was your visa is till 2018 So once your current visa expires in 2018 march you bridging will overtake this visa automatically so you don't have to worry ill give eg: my 489 expires on july 2017 and i applied for PR in sep 2016 but currently i am on 489 once this expires in july my bridging will generate automatically
