Hi Guys Possibly breaking lease on our large 4 bed home in Hallett Cove in January if we can secure new tenants ASAP!. It comprises of large lounge, dining room (which we currently use as an office), large kitchen diner, 4 beds - main with walk in robe and ensuite and 2 with built in robes, Family bathroom is split into 3 with separate toilet, vanity and bathroom with large spa bath (easily fit 2 people in) and shower and a laundry room at the back of the property with garden access. Large outdoor undercover entertaining area, decent size back garden (we currently have a 10ft trampoline out there and still plenty of room). The decor is very neutral and modern. Hi all. My husband is a football/soccer coach at South Adelaide Panthers and he has just started a cubs training programme. At this stage it's come and try for free for the next 2 weeks, after which there will be a small charge. He had his first week this week and it was a huge success. The age range is 4-8. If you wanna bring your 'cubs' to the next session it's on Fridays at 6:30 til 7:30 at South Adelaide Panthers ground, Galloway Road, O Sullivans Beach. Shin pads and boots are a must, and water. hi guys can anyone answer me a quick question please? my cousin is adopting a child in the uk but has said she'd like to move here in a couple of years. am i right in thinking that because she has adopted a child she would still be able to emmigrate or will this stop her? thanks in advance Helen

We went to JBHIFI at colonades and the guy there said we shouldn't buy one from a store as it's best to go to samsung but i haven't had an email back from samsung yet and can't see an option on there website to buy one which is why i went on ebay. Hi all Can anyone help? I have a laptop we brought with us last year from UK. The ac adaptor broke so i bought another one 'stupidly' may i add from ebay (came from hong kong) - i know i know it was very stupid of me.... Anyway, i used the new charger for a couple of months and it was working well, however, i then started noticing a burning smell and then the charger died. Now when i plug it in it doesn't work and it smells of burning. I've used the last of the battery power on the laptop so it's completely dead. We're gonna buy a new laptop but how can i get stuff off my old computer - i have loads of pictures and stuff that i don't want to lose... Does anyone know of anyone that can help me.. Hi There PIA Was just after a general idea of the amount of stamp duty you pay on just land - we're thinking of building and know that you only pay Stamp Duty on the land - is it a certain % of the value e.g. if we bought land at 200k what would we be looking at paying stamp duty???
