Got grant on 26th June???? Applied 2th Jan 2017 1st co 8 April 2nd co 24 may 3rd co 15 june Finally, Grant today. I have been a part of this forum from last 6 months!! Really help full.. I thank you each and everyone of you .. And I wish all of you get your grant soon. ??????

Yes they are both different mate!! Call AFP and ask them they will be able to explain you the difference.. we need complete disclosure for immigration.. so you will need to apply for that one.. also, as soon as you get it make sure you attached it on immi account and click on submit..

She got average 4.5 and that's what we needed .. if your wife's ielts is more than a year old don't waste time book and ielts again so you don't have any issue afterwords...

I also use my wife's ielts the same I use for 489 and according to my case officer it's only valid for a year!!! I all ready got granted my 887 last week but I had to pay my wife's ielts charges which is $4800!!! I don't know why they asked me for that I requested them that I use the same which I use for 489 and it should be valid but the case officer was not agreed and my wife was heavily pregnant so I did not had any option unless pay for ielts!!! I think it's unfair to me!!

Hi, i also have the same problem my wife ielts is expired and they asked for it again!! my wife is pregnant so she can't sit in the exam so I want to pay for her non functional English charges!! Can u please tell me how do I pay for it? I called immi and they said I have to email the case officer and wait for their reply! I all ready have send them an email last week and still waiting for reply, haven't heard anything for case officer yet! Do I again have to wait for case officer in order to pay for my wife's ielts charges? after I make payment how long more they will take to grant my visa as its the only one and only document they asked in last email!! That's my 2nd case officer !!! my wife is expecting a baby by the end of auguest.. I hope that I get grant before that!!! Please let me know thank you

Dear friends, applied bigining of january 2017 first co allocated on April 5 second co allocated today and asking for my wife Ielts 4.5 band average again! I have asked all my friends and everyone are saying that they only need an ielts while we applied 489 not 887? I mean we use the same Ielts result!! aren't we? I did the same and requested c/o very first time in email that please review her ielts again for me. My wife is heavily pregnant and can not sit for ielts because of our baby!! I don't have any option despite paying non functional fees with is around $5000..!!!!!! My wife has been doing english course in TAFE since last one year. The free course offer in 489 sponsorship visa!! I m just wondering can i use that letter from TAFE instead? Also, I m very worried now because now i again waiting for case officer response!!! Does anyone know if it takes the same amount of time even if you are just happy to pay for ielts? If no approximately how long it takes? and whats the process? Some one pls pls pls pls help me with this... Thank you so much

Hi, many many congratulation i applied on Jan and case officer asked further docs 20 days ago! All ready submitted further Doc on the same day.. still waiting for reply from case officer!! Do u have any idea how long more I have to wait !!! I called immi but they don't say anything at all!! I m so frustrated and don't know what to do!!! Pls advise

Congratulation to u.. my case officer was assined like 3 days ago. I submitted all requested document and send all ready.. do u have Any idea when probably they will send response appxoimatley?? I asked immi via phone and she said that they will get back to u in 2 weeks of time?? Pls reply thanks

Yeah I did attached and then CO says it's not valid!!! Ielts last for 3 years for GSM visa.. I have also double check that!!

Hi dear friends, Document requested one of them is my wife's IELTS!! She all ready gave a test when we applied for 489! IELTS result is valid for 3 years for General skilled migration visa can someone who is more more knowledgeable on this pls reply me message soon as I an.thanks oo
