Hi all just a quick query. When I moved to regional area of Australia I liked two properties when I was physically staying at one of the regional property. I updated the property address I liked In bank online. However, I changed my mind after one 2 weeks because the rent is more and also it’s costing me more fuel to work from the property. I forgot to change in bank. And one statement got printed with that property address. What should I do?

Hi All i lived in 3 addresses in regional areas for last 3 years. I lodged my 887 visa after 3 years of the grant of 489 visa due to incomplete Payslips earlier. I attached only 2 proof of addresses which is about 2 and half years. Will that be okay? Or do I need to attach the 1 st residenc I stayed for 3 months?

Hi all I need advice from you people. i was living in Melbourne on student visa from from 2017 January to December 2017. I got my 489 visa in December 2017. However, I found a place in Adelaide and house owner asked me to come sign the contract on the bond start date which is January 11 th 2018. However, I went Adelaide on January 13th 2018 to sign the tenancy due to work busy in Melbourne. And I signed the lease however, I put the date of the signed day as 11th January 2018 because me and owner agreed that it needs to be signed on 11th January 2018. I came back to Melbourne to continue my work. And I officially moved to Adelaide in March 2018 with my luggage. Bank transactions shows from March 2018 Adelaide. Will the case officer ask why did you put the signed day as 11th if you travelled to sign on 13th? Please help.

Hi all I’m filling form 80 for 887 visa application. In the question “provide last 10 years residential addressees.” I forgot one address in 489 visa application. If I include in the 887 visa application will it be any problem. It’s overseas residential address

Hello all. Just a quick question. its been 2 years and 3 months in regional Australia after I got 489 visa. I applied 887 visa today. However, in the first 3 months I don’t have proper documentation about the stay. So I just mentioned in 887 visa application. However, will the case officer ask about those 3 months eveidence or will he be okay with the extra 2 years regional documentation?

@MAH I’m driving Uber. In form 80, in employment section, what should I write the address for Uber? Should I write the head office address. I drive in Geelong. However, the Uber office is in Melbourne. I’m thinking to write , “Uber doesn’t have office in Geelong”. Is it okay?

Hello all I will lodging my 887 visa on March 9th. However, In 2 years of my regional stay, I have travelled overseas upto 18 days. My lawyer told me that I need not compensate as he told he got 887 visa approved for his Clint’s who travelled overseas upto a month in his regional stay. Note: I didn’t use my annual leave to travel overseas for my 18 days overseas trip. Any suggestion or inputs will be much appreciated. Do I need to compensate or consider it as just short visit and lunch the 887 visa? Thanks

Hi everone I’m going to Overseas for 18 days. I haven’t travelled overseas on my 489 visa till now. And I’m going to lodge my file in the month of Feb 2019. Do I need to compensate that 2 weeks or can I lodge with out compensating please make it clear. I don’t want to wait that 2 weeks.

Hey all I need your valuable thoughts and information on my scenario. My 489 visa was granted on Dec 9 /2016. I was in Sydney when the 489 visa was granted. However, I worked for one and half month on 489 visa in Sydney as I'm preparing to relocated to regional area. And I made a move on Jan 26 /2017. I worked on TFN in Sydney for 45 days which is like one and half month. From the day I relocated to regional area(Adelaide) I never went back to Sydney neither I haven't worked in Metropoliatn. My question will there be any proble during my 887 visa application or the 887 visa outcome. Thanks.

It's not a family sponsored. It's a state sponsored regional visa.

Hey all i need your inputs. I was on temporary visa in Australia living and working in Melbourne befor my 489 regional visa granted. After my 489 visa granted, I worked in Melbourne for 2 months then I moved to regional and succefully completed my regional work and 20 months stay. Just wondering my initial 2 months stay and work in Melbourne will impact my 887 visa? If so, how can I convince CO as I'm looking for work in regional area.

Hey all I got my 489 visa through Tasmania in December 2016. However, I didn't move to Tasmania neither I haven't got release letter. I was living in regional Victoria since the Day 1 from the 489 visa grant date. I requested my nominated state government release letter. However, they refused to give me one. Will there be any problem while applying for 887 if I'm showing my 2 years stay and one year work in regional Victoria rather than the nominated state?
