  1. Does the status change soon after CO picks our file? I thought until CO contacts us there will be no change to status.
  2. Same staus as 4 months ago. "received". Days pass but no update. ?
  3. I am nearly 4 months too. It's frustrating to see they keep asking for same documents and refrain from giving direct grant these days. Very annoying. This PR is holding off lot of my plans. Waiting and wasting time. ?
  4. Finally! Congratulations Barracountry ?
  5. I applied 3rd October. I think still september last 2 weeks applicants also waiting for their garnt.
  6. Oh I'm having a fear now. I applied October 3rd and my AFP was issued end August. Technically my AFP is now 5 months old. I think I will obtain a new AFP and upload to be safe.
  7. Question. Why they needed new AFP? The one provided you was older than 12 months?
  8. Hi DarDec Yes I have medibank and after getting medicare I had to change the cover as well. Should it go under "residency requirements" Can I still upload documents after 3 months and 8 days?

  13. hasn't department start working yet? no grants or CO queries since mid december
  14. Is the Department still closed? Haven't seen any grants this week. I think September first week applicants got their grants or CO assigned. Looks like my turn dragged to end of January ?
  15. Hi I applied 5 days later on 3rd October. Looks like we still have one month to go.
  16. Hi Ricky Since we notify them before they ask us to correct the answer I don't think we have to submit form 1023.
  17. Hi Ricky I also select non accompanying members. But when I saw the post from Avi I click on "update us" button in the immi account and notified them about the incorrect answer. Hope that will reduce any delays.
  18. Hi Scyan Thank you very much for your advice. I will submit form 1023 today itself. ?
  19. Thank you Barracountry. I will sumbit form 1023 ASAP.
  20. Thank you Avi. When I check my application, details of my family members are coming up like that. They are definitely not dependents. Don't know why I didn't understand it before. Now I have a feeling that this can cause delays to my application. Anyway as you said I can watch your status until end of next month. I wish you will get your grant soon
  21. Hi Avi I applied 03 October and I have included my family members (parents and brother who were neither migrating or dependents) as non-accompanying members of family unit. Do you think it's a good idea to submit form 1023 before CO ask me to do so? Thanks
  22. Congratulations for all those who fot their grants ? Based on timelines if you are lucky you should get a direct grant within 3 months. fingers crossed. ?
  23. Congratulations. u should have received it already ?
  24. Hi Sunnyabat I am not a expert but just to give u a bump below are my answers 1. If u sent to India after u migrting to Australia I think u will need a poloce clearance from India as well. I went to 3.5 months and 3 weekd in both years, so I obtained a Police clearance from my Country again. 2. Yes I enrolled in medicare on last friday after showing them the bridging visa. I went to the medicare center in city and since it was so busy they didn't give me a medicare number and said my card will come in 4 weeks. But my husband went to Broadmeadows center and he was given a temporary receipt with the card number which he can use straight away. 3. If u have any other document to prove your address, a letter which explains the address difference would suffice. 4. Not sure about this.
