  5. Yes brother i realise as i said, i was not quite sure about onshore procedure, but anyways good luck with that [emoji106][emoji106] Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  6. No definately not mine was done from overseas $3500/- something, since my newborn was offshore. But onshore can all process from same, not sure about $$$$ , i called immigration before i leave australia and he adviced under new visa application, there is 489 and under 489 it's called 489 subsequent entrant, once u select that, it will ask who is it for, and how thry relate to main applicant. Again since mine was offshore, i could be wrong, i would better suggest calling immigration and check with them, since evrythng is online, i would rather surprise to see if anyone still has to go through post and wait for long. 7. I am sorry as i might be wrong here, but why we are posting docs ? I lodged for my new born daughter online from my account immi account, attach all docs and get visa quick, now we applied 887 and got medicare for all 3 of us. Would that be not quick rather than posting? I am not sure if that's what the query is about Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  8. I think regardless of anythng you will be waiting, i am same situation with almost same timeframe. My last CO contact was 18th Dec and i am expecting my decision by end of this month. Provide all the docs and wait for another couple of weeks. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  9. Definately this week or next week you should get decision This calculation is based on previous cases from 2016, CO will come back and make decision, or ask more docs within 6/7 weeks after first contact, You are basically on 6th week accordingly, and you are not that far, so keep looking emails for this or next week. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  10. Yes they will delay and wait till you come back to Australia Make sure u hve enough 489 OR permission to travel on bridging visa Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  11. Yes brother That's why i suggest to do that and CO might ask or wait for baby to born and get HAP id once born, for the mean time other docs will be made, once medicals done than 887 final decision can be made for visa. It will be longer but will have huge benefit of medicare and not so long after baby is born. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  12. Good news brother gsm.business.support@homeaffairs.gov.au Email them with your immi account email id and put file and passport number, express your concern and explaim that it's gone beyond service standars and you waiting for decision. They usually reply within 14 days, and you might get grant before than, if your file is all completed. They have access to push the department and cases beyond service standards Good luck Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  13. If i would be you i would lodge 887 and get medicare first, than get delivery covered by medicare. Once PR comes or if it would be still pending after baby born than it's still easy, just add your baby while your application in process. It's change of circumstances in immi account and add family member, it would cover your wife delivery cost otherwse u would b looking $8k cost out of pocket. Also you never know when rules changing, don't play with your luck, if you eligible just do that asap. Once baby is born get medical hap id generated he/she will need to get medicals done. Not you or anyone who has already done during 489 visa Right now department can give you direct grant, back in 2017 due to returdancy CO changes effect appkicants files to drag till 8/9 months, but it was stable after july 2017 files onwards and now. Your baby delivery might delay a bit, as long as your file is complete CO might ask you to wait for delivery and get medicals, so to be fair suggestion just do that. Hope it clear some confusions for u and good luck Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  14. Hi Since its been over than service standards you should push the department, send email to homeaffairs feedback unit and call them. 7/8 months is the normal standard time as per now, and yours.gone way more longer than that. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  15. Are u sure 9/12 ? Cz it's saturday and department Don't work on saturdays Anyways if that's case u should be getting close to January 20th or something Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  16. It's all online and should come within 3/4 weeks, you don't need to visit police station Click link below for online application portal & follow the prompts Cheers https://afpnationalpolicechecks.converga.com.au/ Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  17. You are usually covered from the day you lodged 887. If u been to doctor within these three months and get charged, u can claim back from medicare Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  18. Working uber is still on either ABN or Tax but it's safe play as long as in your current area, anywhere else, as i said before, a minimum risk factor, but not a major risk. He is not main applicant, but soon you applied 887 visa he moved to metro, but you still under same visa condition and bridging visa is not on effect till your 489 is valid. CO are less likely to check anythng apart from main applicant file, Make your file streight and focused on you, CO will hardly bother his current status as long as 2 years are fullfilled and he is not main applicant. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  19. Hi Their is no confident answer and afcourse not suggested to move and work on Tax as department can check with ATO. But also, as it's not main applicant, shouldn't be a trouble. You won't get and definate reply on this as each case is different. But if this is the only option, go for it, remeber that risk factor is their but very low, as he is not main applicant. Hope it helps Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  20. Hi Danny When did CO ask for that? And when did u submitted? usually after CO ask they will again review ur file after 6/7 weeks. So calculate the weeks when CO ask you for that, my CO ask me on 18/12, and i am waiting for my AFP and hoping to get by end of Jan. Hope it helps Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  21. Your new employer won't make a fuss about that as long as u have valid visa But i suggest dont take risk and wait till you get 887 visa, department can check with ATO if they suspicious, their are least chances of refusing 887 visa on these grounds as well, as long as u fullfill two years on 489 But still not worth taking risk, to answer your question, you can work anywhere in australia and employer should not trouble you for this. If you wana play safe give your new employer copy of bridging visa to show u applied permanent visa Hope it helps Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  22. If you already submitted that during 489 and hasn't left australia and been to singapore after 489 you won't be asked for PCC from CO If you did had any visit to Singapore on 489 visa than CO will definitely ask for that. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  23. I'd suggest to attach all docs, as much as you can. These days department is giving direct grants to applicants, so rather than stuck in queue and wait for response after CO it's good to make decision ready application. Attach tax docs, bank statemnts, NOA, and all relevant docs If CO assigns and wait for docs, they usually look ur file again after 6/7 weeks. And if still not satisfied they will wait and ask for docs. Usual time frame for decision after CO allocated is 6/7 weeks, from the day when u provide docs. Once you provide requested docs u should click the button which is at immi account "information provided" than you status chaged to assesment in progress, or if CO check ur file and satisfy with ur docs. Already timeframe for 887 visa increased due to high invitiations in december 1st week round for 189 visas, although most of those invitations were fake applicants, chances are 887 visa time will go back to 6/8 months, but since you lodged i suggest rather than waiting for that long, attach all.docs and make ur application decision ready so CO can give u direct grant Hope it helps and happy new year Tc Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
  24. January 2nd 2018 (Tuesday) It usually done once you provide docs what CO asked, and press Information Provided button. If CO not contacted you yet, you might be getting direct grant as CO is checking ur file and almost satisfy with your docs provided. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
