Hello guys.. I'm travelling to USA for 5 weeks whilst my 887 is under process. Now, my doubt is, do I need to obtain FBI clearance upon return to Australia or can that be considered as my general annual leave? I know that any overseas travel beyond 14 days requires a National police check from that respective country.. Suggestions please..!! Thanks

@Akie You can find a lawyer in a lower court who can do notary. It should be a true copy and notary as well.

@Akie..I had a few certified overseas (in India though!!) I went through a lawyer that works at the Supreme Court of India. Just sign in front of them and have them certify and do not forget to have a postal stamp attached and stamped too..!!
