Immi Call Center is good for nothing... They don't do anything.... I am not sure how ppl are getting transferred to the CO.... I asked them but they said they cannot do..... :S

What I have notice is that Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they process new files and Thursday & Friday is for second and third timers. ?

Fingers cross. I dont know whether they'll ask for medical or not. I just submitted the generic GP's letter. If are waiting for 6-months then my timeframe will be over 12months.

I have uploaded my gp's letter stating my daughter is fit and healthy. when I uploaded birth certificate... So they gave 489 Visa and 887 Bridging visa and asked for Colour Passport.
