@Poonam i was also gonna suggest you this, get yourself 2-3 weeks extention and with gods grace if you will get PR next week than loan approval will only take 5 working days. hope this will work for you guys.?

Yes, you are right. we only need to show 1 year emplyment, 1 year payslips are fine. i provided 1 year super statement( you have 18 months statement which is fine, you dont have to show current statement ) also attach Tax return statement for 1 year, contract of employment, bank statement showing your salary from your employer.

@Poonam i feel for you. i know its very disappointing. i will suggest see if you can talk to any broker and get a loan even on higher interest rate, rather than losing 30k.may be buy half n half with any cousin/ friend and pay stamp duty. and you may be able to sell it for price in year time.

Hi Guys, just letting you know, I got my PR today. ( my agent emailed me grant letters just now) Timeline below; applied on 3 Nov 2017 got CO Adam on 13 April 2018 asked 1 year employment and 2 year residency proof and today I got PR CO Dat. Thanks to everyone who putting information on this forum it was very helpfull to know what going around with this visa and specail Thanks to everyone's favourite @Russki( Thanks you buddy for all the help, you are a good man). i hope everyone will get grants very soon. i hope @Poonam@su89@SK10 @ ricky will get grants soon you guys are waiting from long time. wish you a good luck. i will hang around to celebrate your success. Hi Neel, you mean you bought a property when you applied for 887 ( hasn't been granted the 887 visa) ,right ? because once you got 887 visa granted, you can get homeloan on 90% or even 95% of the value of the property and don't have to necessarily pay 20% deposit. stam duty is $0 ( up to $650,000) for first home buyer in Victoria. Please correct me if i am wrong.

I understand your situation, actually i am in more trouble because of not getting grant. i have applied for house loan 2 days ago, i know bank will take around 10 days to finalise laon application so i am hoping to get a grant before bank checking my PR status. if i wont get grant in next 8 days i wont get a house loan.? overall i only have 45 days to do settlement. so i am praying everyday, hope CO's wont increase my frustration.??

@PoonamYou are right, adam is not giving away many grants. Hopefully by the end of the week we get some grants from adam. when did you apply for 887?

Yes buddy, adam contact on 12/4/18 ask for 1 year employment and 2 years resident details. submitted on 2nd may. waiting since...

@Russki Can we expect grant this week mate ? i think our file opened on same date 12/4/2018.
