Dear, i can understand your situation very well. In your case I personally suggest to consult or appoint a very good migration lawyer or migration agent. No matter how much money you need to pay for that but please appoint good one. consult at least 3 migration lawyer & after that whatever suit the best for you just go with him or her. so, consult & take advise from 3 different mitigation agent & whosoever positive & confident in your case just go with him. Because migration lawyer can communicate very well to CO. I hope this will help you.

Being honest with you dear, immi & CO both getting harder & harder so better you wait & better to apply on 01/07/2018 . Then you will be more safe. 2 or 3 weeks is not going to make much more difference in processing time. But, if you will apply on 01/07/2018 then mentally you will relaxed.

Can someone please give me reply? When C/O asked further documents required, at that time C/O specify particular things OR C/O mentioned GENERAL FORMAT : 2 years residency & 1 year employment. In my case ; I have lived 3 places in 2 years, Dubbo, Orange & in Adelaide. For Dubbo & Orange I have provided enough proof for residency. But, In Adelaide lease agreement landlord forgot to mentioned actual address. My C/O requested Below: Other requirements; Please provide further evidence to support two years residency in specified regional area and one year full time employment. Please note residential lease agreements provided for your address in Adelaide SA do not include the address. Please provide further supporting evidence. The information provided below explains the requirements relating to the checklist item(s) listed above. Then C/0 used GENERAL FORMAT what can be used for 2 years residency & 1 year employment. Dear all, Good & BAD news. Applied on 07/11/2017. File open 20/04/2018 at 1:21 pm. C/O : ADAM. Asked for 2 years more proof for residential & 1 year employment proof. At the time of application, I attached , ATO NOTICE, GROUP CERTIFICATE, 53 salary slips. My old address lease agreement , energy bill & 2 bank statement. C/O asked further because, What happened my current landlord did not put actual address in lease agreement, he just mentioned his postal address. It is my mistake because I did not check it properly. But yes, At the time application, I did provide AFP, INDIAN POLICE CLEARANCE, Form 80, Passport copies, passport size photographs, My wife master degree in English letter & results. No need to worry about AFP & Overseas PCC because, I got both clearance in 18 September 2017 & I applied 887 on 07/11/2017. So, AFP & PCC is valid for one year. It just you need to scan very clear & provide in proper PDF file.

Applied on 07/11/2017. Still waiting.From last 3 days no updates. No grant since Tuesday. I am very tired. Waiting time can lead in depression. .

I applied on 07/11/2017. Still waiting. No news so far. Yesterday who applied on 07/11/2017, one girl got direct grant & one guy asked for more documents. I am still waiting. Being honest, they are do very very very slow process intentionally. I will keep updating everything.
