Applied on 24 nov CO ask further doc on 13 may Co Sorphon Doc submitted on 14 may Doc asked 2 years employment , form 80 (as my stupid agent didnt uploaded, told me its not necessary to upload, he also didnt uploaded my contract letters n bank statement showing my pay entries) Docs submitted Payslip, contract letter, reference letter, PAYG, bank statement, group cert, form 80 Still waiting

Me too applied on 22 nov 2017 CO assigned n ask for more docs (work exp contracts letter, reference letter, payslips, group cert, tax return, bank statement) CO Sorphon Docs submitted. Now waiting

Hi guys I caedll on 131881 to ask about the ielts validity n if we have to provide ielts f9r spouse again as we have already did provide with 489 application, the customer care office said we dont have to. M just confuse now. I ask my agent to email the case officer n ask about it. Hope for the best

I dont think agent get the notification as my agent was suprise when i ask him to show me the doc he upload as he told me he has uploaded, but i couldnt see in my immi account , then i show him my immi account to ask under which tab he uploaded. So he asked me if i imported the file YES I DID IMPORTED THE FILE

Its more than 2 years old but less than 3 years So i guess its expired N my agent didnt told me about this as well otherwise we would have given ielts earlier

I supplied all my docs but my agent didnt uploaded coz he thinks they r not necessary. I also supplied form 80 before co was assigned but again my agent didnt upload. Guys i was stupid that i didnt apply myself Its not hard to apply by urself, but if anyone choose to apply through agent plz also keep a track what they r uploading n what needs to be uploaded. Hi My agent didnt upload my contract, i dont know why I gave my form 80 which he haven't uploaded as well I got all doc but my agent told me they dont ask for them So frustrated. So i gave my docs again n as asked him to upload. But now again my husband has to sit for ielts as his previous ielts is more than 12 months old

Yes . Ielts is valid for 2 years or 3 years

Hello everyone I got an email from my agent. He requested for proof of working in regional area. My contracts, payslip, PAGY statement, bank statement I have already subbmit them before but they requested again. Also asked for spouse ielts which is now expired. How can i prove functional english. Really stressed.

Hello everyone I applied on 22 nov 17. I have few queries if anyone can help me 1. For the first 3 months i shared a house n i have shared house agreement. Is it valid? 2. My agents said we dont need form 80. Should i fill n upload one or leave it. 3. Do the main applicant need to fill the form 80 or dependents aswell. 4. Do we also need to fill form 1221. Again only the applicant need to submit one or dependents aswell. 5. I went to my country for about 2 n half months. Do i need police clearance from my country. (As my agents said if its less the 3 months we dont need it). I have to ask this questions coz my agents is not really helpful. Thanks in advance .
