Hi buddy, i m in the same scenario as urs. They have asked us the same way and this time we send it as one name as jasneet kaur. Is it not enough?? Bcoz thats how it is in her passport.. i didn’t understand ur pattern as it singh in the last name n then sunpreet singh in the first name?? when did they contact u previously

Yea I totally understand this, i have already crossed 10 years now living in this country. I love it n thts y i m still here... previously i applied 487 which was on priority 3 when I applied but then they moved it to priority 5 n it took me 5 years just get my 487 visa which i still had to hold another 2 years to apply my residency... now i m also in situation that i must need my residency soonest possible.. this wait is really like a killing pain n panadole is not enough helpful.. !!! Well we all needs to be strong enough as its not really far now... i wish everyone get their grants very soon.. fingers crossed ?????

Hi sunny, i wish once they start clearing the backlog files, they must speed up.. 3 years ago u can ask them over the phone abt ur visa status n all but now its all changed u can send only enquiries which is not worth as it only send the website policies..

Hi dear, do u reckon they count 28 days from the time they open ur file or from the day u submitted docs i applied on 2/11/18 docs requested 13/4/18 submitted 21/4/18 still waiting

Hi guys, sorry for the late update. I actually locked my account somehow... they have asked for police clearance of my wife . Already submitted the updated one yesterday.. any ideas how long will it takes..

Nah!! Not so far mate.. i rung up immigration today n they said u still under 10months processing time.. so have to just sit tight n wait..??
