Heaps of thanks to every single person here, i just receive a call from lawyer for my granted,after long time 17 months, crying for my grandma who always praying for me that leave us in between this process,happy,relax applied- 24 January 2018 1st c/o - adam 30 sep 2nd c/o - sophorn 7 march 2019 granted - 20 june 19 after long time 12 years finally i m permanent resident,the first day in Australia 4 jan 2017 thanks everyone and pray for grant

Not really, i contacted 7 march last time and also i already completed my 16 months and 7 days on top but still painful waiting

No use, i m with best English lawyer.applied 24/01/18, no grant until now, i was thinking i did wrong, if I apply by my own i can lodge complaint

I m also there from 24 January 18, two times contacted by case officer,last contacted 9 march after no response.my lawyer send already three times for update but no answer

Hi,can u pls help,how u provide a alias name in afp.this is my husband last document ask by c/o sophorn.i request a new without surname and with surname.i don’t know it’s right or they again asking,pls give an idea sample with different name as it is ur partner afp.

With surname and without surname

When u fill form after u call them and let them know u need afp with surname and without surname,this is what i do,i apply before and get only with surname and i apply again and call them.

We already submit our new afp in last 3 months but now they ask with surname and without surname,none of our paper is without surname

Same with my husband c/o sophorn request on 7 march for my husband afp with and without surname but his all papers with surname
