  1. Well, from my understanding, Yes you can apply without your partner but adding up your daughter. You may write a cover letter describing situation to the CO. Secondly, your partner should able to apply for her/himself later if he/she has fulfilled all requirements (residency+work) However, strongly suggest to having a consultation with a Migration Agent with a small charge; as every case is different.   2. Hi there, my CO asked for 1 year work , 2 year residency proof again and form 80. CO asking for a proof of full time work (35 hrs). My working contract is 27-36 hrs/week and I have very few payslips with 35 hours, which I have already uploaded before. (payslips + referral letter+ other docs). now not sure what to upload next or what does he want? any suggestions from anyone? thanks
