Hi, what to do if i forgot to add one employment detail in form 80. do i need to fill form 80 again or i can use correction form? Case officer asked about that job which i have nt mentioned in form 80. Anyone help me that how to get uber logbook? thanks

I have created HAP id in another visa category 189 visa and have uploaded cover letter mentioning that my daughter has undergone medical under this HAP Id. Plz consider this. We did this in an effort to get a direct grant but CO requested other docs related to work.

You can take rent receipt from landlord

We have only log book issued by TSC.

thanks Russki but i dont know where they live these days. I don't have their id proof with me. I have given stat dec to one of them when he leave our house in dec 16 ( for 887 visa they need stat dec) Case officer check our bank statement from where she gt in notice that some other person transfer amt as Rent in our account. We have attached tenant ledger and lease when we applied for 887. The person who have shared house with us are not in lease agreement. I am not sure about that are we legally allowed to share rental property with someone else. Plz guys give me ur advices.

@Russki i need ur advice CO asked more info on rental payment received in our bank account. Period between aug 16- May 17 we shared our 2 bedroom house with someone else. is cover letter including all explanation is fine or need to write statutory declaration for this? can i write name of persons who shared house with us? thanks

Unexpected requirement from CO. Even i don't know what i can write to clarify.

They requested log book. He only worked in geelong. We also gt a reference letter from geelong taxi where it is mentioned that he worked in geelong region.

I submitted below docs 1. Taxi logbook ( login/off details) 2. Taxi reference letter 3. Marketing job reference letter showing contract hours 9am-6pm 4. Reference letter and payslips for 2 nd job Please find the attached screenshot.

We have not provided any doc for uber as with other 3 jobs we fulfill our 1 year employment condition. He worked with uber for about 3 months in 2016. He changed his job when uber refused to give any reference letter. Now, my husband uber id is not active and even an email where he got payslips got deactivated due to some unknown reasons.

Yes, both are full time jobs which was covered 1 year employment( not continuously but with breaks) for example jan16- Mar16 (1st job) 3 months Apr 16- june 16 ( uber) part time May 16- dec 16 (2nd job) 8 months ( mon to fri) Jan18- apr 18(1st job) 4 months we asked uber to provide reference as we working in regional area and they refused to provide any. Marketing employer provided us reference letter but payslips are not showing no of hours worked. We dont have any invoice where we can proof no of hours. I dont know what else we can provide. If anyone can help. Plz give ur suggestion.

Hi everyone, Case officer contacted me today via email and asking for employment references. We have already provided payslips and reference letter for 2 employer which covers 1 year of employment. But my husband did other jobs like uber and marketing. They need references ( hours should be mention on invoices and payslips)for those jobs as well. Moreover she asked to provide clarification on rental payment which we have got in our account from third party. Someone shared house with us for few months. Date applied 25/04/2018 applicants - 2 adults and 1 kid case officer contact 25/4/19 I am really worried and disappointed
