  1. Yes its a rough waiting. Stay strong my friend.
  2. Hi Fayz, Its a grey area cz they ask you to add all you family memebers as non accompanying. I had the same issue and I had my parents and siblings on document attach page. 1. i did not try to correct it 2. I did not attach any documents under their names All went well with no issues. If you have run out of document attach limit, use your partners 60 documents like I did. hope it helps. Good luck
  3. Good to see you around and nice to see your 'cool bear' avator
  4. No, From my mother country - yes - Srilanka
  5. you are alright. I travelled 4 weeks to 4 countries (Within my 2 years stay) and another 3 weeks to my mother country (Outside my 2 years stay after lodgement) Compunsated 2 weeks just to be on the safe side. Had no issues
  6. Hey Jagan, The only way to tackle this is, 1st Email : Ask him friendly, if he could check if the 190 EOI was successful and all that. 2nd Email : Show him that you are willing to pay for the process again if the EOI was successful. I got my 189 invitation while I was in Melbourne on 489, I applied; however, it got rejected as my documents were expired on the date of the invitation. It's a very tricky one. So if you are planning to apply for 190 while on 489, make sure you keep all your docs up to date. (ACS, IELTS etc) No, you cannot apply for those documents after being invited. Hope this helps toot
  7. My friend dont listen to these other idiots on this forum. Do it you go to heaven for this.... Before that you, get to go to Jail... with free meals, imagine that Showering with all the convicts together sharing the shower Oooh lal laaaa... And then you drop the soap... totally worth it...
  8. Only the main applicant has to have completed 887 requirements. (1 year work and 2 year stay). If your relationship status was bouncy during recent years, CO might ask you to submit a Statutory Declaration that you guys are OK now intend to remain the same. When you say your partner was working in SYD, was he/she working against 489 visa conditions? if so, go consult a lawyer/ agent.
  9. You are in trouble mate, Ashish is a guy
  10. Ah thats sounds like a small mistake. You should be fine either way.
  11. Hey Nutgee, Lets look at it in this way. There are only 2 main requirements for 887. 1. Live in a regional area for 2 years 2. Work like a slave for 1 year On the application they ask you a simple question: 1. Hi Nutgee, Have you lived in a regional area for 1 year?? Now you, do two lines of coke, and sit down to fill up the form 80 : Answers NO In my opinion, you should correct this mistake. There are certain things that COs can't mess around when your answers directly contradicts with the visa requirement.
  12. 1. I had my parent and my brother and Sister as non-accompanying family members 2. Their names appeared on the document upload list 3. I did not submit a correction form 4. I did not upload documents for them 5. Got granted with no issues
  13. I Did attach a photo. 1. Went to the post office 2. Asked for the digital version of the photo 3. Attached the file directly. 4. None of my documents are certified 5. No Form 1221 6. No Kids
